I am a currently a PhD student at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. I currently work as a teaching assistant where I teach bioinformatics and an introductory course to Python.
My research largely focuses on unsupervised learning, more specifically, dimensionality reduction for 2-dimensional visualizations of high-dimensional data sets, learning embeddings for high-dimensional, temporal data, and their application to large-scale, biomedical data sets.
I also enjoy travelling, hiking, and photography.
